2 sets of metex s e c o n d h a n d weaving machines each d e s i g n e d as wire jacquard loom as well as following; (1) year of construction 1998 and renovated in 2021 modified and with stäubli electronic jacquard model sxv for 2 688 hooks replacement of harness and basci mechanical components (1) year of construction 2003 with stäubli electronic jacquard model lxd1690b for 3 072 hooks working width 1 400 mm each machine equipped with creels for pile warp:
- first section: 1 280 bobbins
- second section: 1 280 bobbins
- total: 2 560 yarns for pile warp two warp beams for the ground warp, each with 2 560 yarns = 5 120 yarns total weft density: 12 picks/cm
- every two picks, one cutting wire
